Available in configurations:
– with one print head to provide maximum working area: 200/180 / 200mm,
– with two heads, which mainly enable the use of a variety of support materials (eg water-soluble), but for some more advanced users there is a possibility of? Multicolor prints. The maximum workspace in this configuration is slightly smaller, but it nevertheless surpasses the average 3D print size of the statistical user.
Using small diameter nozzles makes it easy to obtain high quality and precision prints of up to 60 microns (with 0.2 mm nozzles), while swapping them up can significantly reduce print time.

Timing pulley with GT2 strip for 3D Graften One printer.
Bipolar, four-wire stepper motor. It has a resolution of 400 steps per revolution (0.9 degrees). Powered by 3.0 V, it consumes 1680 mA for the coil. The torque is 4.4 kg * cm (0.45 Nm). Dimensions are 42 x 42 x 48 mm (NEMA 17).
Timing Belt Tensioner Spring GT2 6mm. Elimination of backlash caused by natural belt operation. Spring made of wire with a diameter of 1mm.
Temperature sensor for a 3D printer – 100K thermistor with 90 cm cables. Can be used to measure the temperature of the table and the head.
Complete metal MK8 extruder for 1.75 mm filament without motor.
Version 6 has been refined construction based on the experience gained from previous heads. Improved and improved operation of new filament types such as NinjaFlex. The smooth and undistorted travel of the filament provides a PTFE tube that enters the head but does NOT reach the hot zone of the head, so it is still a fullmetal head. The head can be operated at temperatures of over 300C with thermocouple instead of thermistors.
The heating block allows the target operating temperature to be reached quickly. The head is warmed up from 20C to 200C in 65 seconds and can be stabilized at 0.5C
The changed design of the cooling element and the new fan mounting also made the entire head shorter – the verge 6 has only 62 mm in length and reduced weight.
